Experience Enhanced Security with a Powerful Chrome Extension

I've been using it for almost a year and have yet to lose a single password.

I switched to Keeper in August 2023 after having endured issues with a competitor for far too long. Keeper has been a gamechanger for me - until this recent update. Since then, the extension doesn't work on my main chrome profile despite refreshing, turning in off, then on again, etc... Strangely it works on the all other profiles, as well as seamlessly on different browsers & devices. If they can sort this issue out I'd more than happily give this 5 stars.

Keeper is easier to use than other apps, but still is frustrating trying to set up the vault and needing unknown passwords like Google to set up. Consieglea service helped but the next day I was lost again

I had always liked the Keeper browser extension until the 16.9.0 release. Then, it became unusable in a professional setting by showing far too much private information on the home screen. Earlier, if you were sharing your screen in a meeting and needed to log into a site using Keeper, it would have been fine because attendees could only see information relevant to that site and a securely masked password. Even if you had to log into Keeper itself, attendees would only see your masked password and a minimal homepage. Now, if you have to log into Keeper, attendees can see a list of other recently accessed sites and their usernames. Openly displaying data unrelated to the site that you're on is a significant privacy flaw. I also don't find this feature helpful and wish the homepage would focus on simplicity and minimalism. They should at least provide users with an option to turn it off.

I agree with other people's sentiment about how much easier it is getting to use. I've been using it for years and now find it even better now that I use it as an extension. All that passwords that I think I should be putting in Keeper but forget are automatically saved. Also love that I can access Keeper from anywhere.

I'm still getting used to using Keeper and get easily frustrated by pop-ups ... causing me to disconnect Keeper from Chrome instead of a using a more appropriate solution. Luckily Keeper's marvelous support got me back up and running within the hour. They get 5 stars from me.

Reliable and helpful

The Keeper tech team keeps making the app better and easier to use. There is a slight learning curve to using this app. You don't always want Keeper to create the record for you because the initial login page, when you're first signing up for an app or website, is often not the page that you want Keeper to go to for future logins. Other than that issue, it's pretty much seamless!

This is the first and only password keeper I'll ever use! It's easy to use and the auto-sign in is the a time-saver! Highly recommend!

We love and are grateful to have found KEEPER and especially our Keeper tech support person Alec who's been remarkably knowledgable, efficient, kind, and professional.

It results in popup spam that makes logging in more difficult, especially comparted to other password vaults. I could not find a way to disable certain sites, such as "localhost".

I've been using Keeper professionally and provately for 6 years now and wouldn't use any other. It's easy to set up and use and it doesn't slow anything down.

Been using Keeper for over 10 years , no issues and i love it , especially the older one gets , who the hell remember all them pass words , Thank You Keeper

If I activate the web site from the vlt I am forced to sign in a sign in a second time to fill the sign in. Redudency!!!

Coming from LastPass, Keeper has a much better UX; unfortunately, the syncing just doesn't work across devices. I've seen it happen multiple times: create new credentials for a website "X", log-in fine on my desktop; go to mobile and poof, it doesn't seem to have any idea about "X". I literally had to call my wife to log in to the desktop and send over the password once. Syncing seems like a solved problem so i'm baffled why this happens.

Mediocre. Autofill is not reliable or consistent. As much as I hate to say it, it was far better with LastPass, and its inconsistency with autofill is why I stopped using it (well that and their habit for getting breached). Won't be taking Keeper past the trial. Not worth paying.

very useful and user friendly password manager

I think this Password Manager is awesome. Easy to set up, easy to search, easy to manage passwords and I use a lot of them. I have recommended this program to several people. To me it's something like the old "Pay It Forward" saying. Oh, and I like that it works on my phone, and my iPad seamlessly. Thank you to all the Keeper Security personnel for making this one of the best if not the best Password Manager. I have had this for many years with no problems. Don't take my word for all this. Use the free version if you want. Semper Fi.

Great interface, smooth import from other managers, simple sharing.

Good and one of best password managers out there. The issue I have run into over time is that sometimes I don't want the Keeper Icon to popup on every living input text on the page. I use some online editors for my work and the input fields provided are small enough where all I can click is the Keeper icon and not the actual input... I really wish there was an option to disable on specific sites at least and not force it's way onto the page. Aside from my specific frustrations, this app does a great job having availability on most devices. I really appreciate the UI they provide and I love how they encourage to rotate your passwords. They even provide simple analytics about your passwords to see how often your passwords are being re-used which is helpful!

I love this app. It allows me to be more efficient, use secure passwords and use it with multiple devices. Highly recommend.

The Keeper extension works flawlessly with almost every website, but there are a few hiccups that I've noticed over the years that have not been improved upon. * Sometimes, Keeper will populate multiple 'create password' prompts for a new account on the same page. This is very frustrating because the top right corner pop-up gets in the way, so I sometimes close it first, and then when I do, the one I was working on setting up next to the input box disappears, so I lose all of it. Sometimes, this happens when I'm already halfway through signup, so it's already input the password once and the website has saved it, but Keeper has not. That's really, really sucky. I've started taking multiple precautions to make sure this doesn't happen, and usually I use the larger Keeper pop-up prompt on the upper right side of the browser, and make sure to ctrl-c the password box before hitting enter anywhere just to be sure. * Sometimes, despite setting it up (I thought?!) so that Keeper recognized this PC and the browsers I use, and telling it to keep me logged in 'forever', I will find myself logged out of every single browser and the desktop app. This sucks, too. I do have one of those extremely annoying and not very secure written password books with just a few of my most important ones in it, but it's really annoying to have to pull that out from the bottom of the bookcase, dust it off, and try to decipher my code to find the correct one. It *might* be my internet. It's "managed" (woot, rural x_x ) but it's fiber quality now, so I didn't think my IP address would switch around, but I don't really know. * Keeper is also quite expensive unless you search for a really good coupon for the annual family plan, which is what we use. There's only two of us, so we share it with my mother-in-law and her mom, too, despite them still not understanding how to use phones or computers outside of our makeshift tech intensive care unit.

It works great for me. I have a secured place to store what I need and its easy to use.

It is secure, loads fast, is on all my devices and browsers, easy to use, and doesn't take much space or memory. Interface is easy to use. I've tried few other PW managers and this is the best I've found.

Easy to use once you get the protocols down. And, handy when you want to share a few with others, e.g. with my sisters for my 96 year old dad.

I love this app, but I wish it was easier to use on the Android platform.

Worked well on Brave until today. Suddenly stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled the extension but still no luck. I have the paid version of the app so it is not a huge issue but it is not to have on Brave.
